What is a Trailblazer, you ask? Well that is certainly a valid question. After all, this is 2008 and most of the trails out west have long since been paved over.
A Trailblazer is a member of “an elite group of dedicated professionals and industry leaders nominated by their peers for making significant and long-term contributions to the green industry in the areas of design/build/installation, interior plantscaping, landscape management, and lawn care. These individuals have made a commitment to help their peers grow and improve their businesses.” The Trailblazers program is administered by the Professional Landcare Network (PLANET).
It is an honor to be a member of this group and to receive this recognition last week at the Green Industry Conference in Louisville, Kentucky.
